Effective 11/06/2026. By using jacobrugs.com or placing an order with Jacob LLC, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact and address details and use the store only for lawful purposes. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to purchase. Keep your account credentials private and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

Rug information and room photographs

Sizes and materials appear on each product page and in the selected option. Check the dimensions against your own space. Screens and room lighting can affect color, while photographs show styling rather than a promise of exact proportions in your home. Only the rug and the stated package contents are included; furniture and other scene accessories are not.

Prices and order acceptance

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, where required, appear before an order is placed. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, rather than final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of an availability issue, inaccurate information, suspected misuse or a material pricing error. If a charge was collected for an order we cancel, it will be refunded. We will contact you before making a substitution or changing a confirmed price.

Delivery, changes and returns

Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is free for orders of $59 or more and $6.99 below $59. Address and cancellation requests depend on whether dispatch has begun. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day return window after delivery and explains condition requirements, shipping costs and inspection.

Content and acceptable conduct

The Jacob Rugs name, site design and original content belong to Jacob LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy commercial content without authorization, interfere with site security or use automated tools to disrupt the store. You retain ownership of messages you send and permit us to use them to address your inquiry.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent allowed by law, Jacob LLC is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses responsibility for fraud or other liability that the law does not permit us to limit. We make no additional product warranty beyond any rights provided by applicable law.

Questions and changes

These terms apply under the laws of Alaska, subject to mandatory protections in your state. Updates apply prospectively from the revised effective date. Contact us with any concern so we can work toward a resolution.
