How do I choose the size?

Measure the clear floor, then mark the proposed rug outline with removable tape. In a seating area, consider whether the front legs of the sofa and chairs should rest on the rug. At an entrance, check door clearance as well as width. Our Room & Size Guide walks through the process.

Are the dimensions in inches?

Yes. Product options show inches first, with centimeters where useful. Inch conversions are rounded to one decimal place. Always use the dimensions of the selected option, rather than estimating from a room photo.

Is every soft rug made of wool?

No. A wool-like or cashmere-like appearance can come from polyester. Each listing identifies the stated material. Our Meadowline rug uses wool, while many other textures use synthetic fibers. We do not describe imitation fibers as natural wool.

Will the color look exactly like my screen?

Light, screen settings and the direction of a textured pile can change how a color appears. Compare all product photographs and consider the light in your room. Contact us before use if the delivered color does not suit your space.

What should I do about folds after unpacking?

Unroll the rug on a clean, dry floor and give it time to relax. Do not apply heat, steam or heavy weights unless the product care instructions permit them. Contact us if you are concerned about an unusual crease or damage.

Can I machine wash my rug?

Only select designs are listed as machine washable. Check the individual care notes and the sewn-in label, and consider the machine’s capacity. Wool, hand-wash designs and unspecified constructions need different treatment. See the Material & Care Guide.

Do I need a rug pad?

Consider your floor finish, rug backing and placement. A compatible pad may help position a rug, but do not assume any backing guarantees that a rug cannot move. Keep edges flat, check door clearance and ask your flooring manufacturer about material compatibility.

Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?

We serve the contiguous 48 states. Processing is 1–3 business days; transit is 3–7 days after dispatch. Orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping, while smaller orders have a $6.99 standard shipping charge.

How do returns work?

Contact us within the first 30 days after delivery. Keep the rug unused and retain its original packaging. Return it to Jacob LLC, 4501 Reka Dr, Anchorage, AK 99508. We cover return shipping for defects, incorrect items and transit damage; customers cover preference-based returns. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, followed by refund initiation if approved. Your bank determines when the credit posts. Read the complete policy.
