Where your rug can go

Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and destinations outside the United States are outside this service area. Please use a street address for delivery.

Two parts to the delivery timeline

Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, transit takes 3–7 days. These are separate stages, so allow for both when planning your room. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Standard shipping charges

Orders totaling $59 or more receive free standard shipping. A $6.99 standard shipping charge applies to orders below $59. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax. The applicable charge appears in your cart and at checkout.

Following a delivery

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate packages. If an expected package has not arrived, or tracking looks unusual, contact [email protected] or 818-987-4012 with your order number.

Address changes and damaged packages

Check your street, apartment number, state and ZIP before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; a change may no longer be possible once a package is dispatched. If a rug arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photographs so we can help with the next steps under our Refund Policy.

If an unexpected delay prevents shipment within the stated processing window, we will explain the revised timing and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.
